Make sure you have installed the latest version on the machine that you will be running RIA . Once it is installed, close outlook and SL and then start SL. Then start RIA, with outlook still closed, and you should see the outlook icon pop up in the system tray. Instead of the normal outlook icon you should see a little blue gear in the bottom right corner of the normal icon in the tray. This means that a program, the outlook addin, is using outlook. If outlook is already open when you start RIA you will not get the blue gear and RIA does not send emails correctly. HTH, Christian
