Good Day Sue Gamache, There is no such alert available in Dynamics SL. you can setup the SQL job to monitor the process manager activity. Below are the suggested way 1. you have to check the access table of system Db for process manage entry. Select * from sysdbname..dbo..Access where ScrnNbr = '40400' If the above query returns value, the process manager is running. If not, Process manager is not running on that machine. 2. Sometimes there is a possibility of printer issue and Application deadlock issue on the Process Manager screen. For this scenario, you may have to check the ProcessLog table to identify the process manager stuck. if the ProcessLog tables records count keep on increasing, then you can conclude that the process manager has stuck with the issues. Based on the above two points, you may need to create sql job to send an email to system administrator. Hope this explains.
