Seth, I want to make sure I understand what you are saying here. If you look at the PRTran records for the batch, these employees do not show in that batch but they do in the GLTran records? I do not see how that is even possible since the GLTran records are made from the PRTran rcords. How are you posting payroll to GL (detail or summary)? If you are posting payroll in summary then the employee id field in GLTran is basically meaningless and is normally blank.
