Hi Rick I did check the accounts (bank account, vendor account, and also all the account that where affected on the original voucher that was paid by the check) and all of them are active I also checked the subaccounts and all of them are also active. One question, If one of the accounts or subaccounts are inactive at the time of releasing the batch wouldn’t go to the GLSuspense Account, rather that suspend the batch? I also checked the gltran table and there are no records created for the batch suspended. Any other ideas?
