THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR HELP TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
I HAVE CONNECTED OUR SL CONSULTANT WHO HAS NOW ROSOLVED THIS ISSUE.
RESOLUTION:
- Important: I just learned this trick from our SL consultant who just resolved this issue.
- In SL, top of the screen, click application, initialize mode.
- Go to GL, under input click Journal Transactions (01.010.00). I think because it is unposted batch and it is in initialize mode the fields are editable.
- In the Sub column, highlight each sub number one at a time then price F3
- The "Master Subaccount List" should open with the exact sub number at the very top.
- The sub number that did not show up at top of the "Master Subaccount List" is the sub number this is inactive.
- Next, you need to find what screen the sub number originated from and what the right sub number supposed to be.
- In our case, it originated from the Project Maintenance screen (pa.prj.00) GL Subaccount field.
Change the sub account number in the following fields.
- Next, change the Project Maintenance screen (pa.prj.00) GL Subaccount field to the correct GL Sub Account number.
- In the Journal Transactions screen (01.010.00), change the sub number to the right number.
- While the sub number still highlighted, press F3 to open the "Master Subaccount List" then click the edit button to open Subaccount Maintenance (01.270.00).
- In the Subaccount Maintenance (01.270.00), verify that the correct subaccount number is in this field.
Good luck.
