Forum Post: Business Portal and Browser Settings

I see frequent problems with Business portal resulting from Internet Explorer settings being slightly incorrect.  Today a user cannot save hours when completing a timecard with more than one line.  The Save Line Items button does nothing. Data that was entered disappears.  This is limited to a single machine.  The same user on a different machine has no problems.

1) What's the fix?

2) Where is there a document with the required settings for IE to work correctly with Business Portal?
